The R&D and Technology Center of Inorganic Fluoride is mainly responsible for aluminum fluoride and fluorite flotation technology, comprehensive utilization of mineral resources and optimization of hydrofluoric acid technology, and focuses on realizing energy conservation and consumption reduction in hydrofluoric acid production process and improving the comprehensive utilization rate of metal mineral resources.
The Center has an inorganic villiaumite laboratory and a mineral processing technology laboratory.
The Inorganic Villiaumite Laboratory mainly researches the synthesis process of potassium fluoborate, the preparation of high activity potassium fluoride, and the preparation of water glass with silicon dioxide, the byproduct of potassium fluoborate.
The Mineral Processing Technology Laboratory mainly researches the beneficiation process of refractory fluorite mine and tailings, beneficiation reagents and beneficiation equipment; the beneficiation process of polymetallic associated fluorite mine and the comprehensive recovery process of polymetallic minerals; and the beneficiation process of fluorine-containing phosphate ore.
